Shipping policy

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping offer is only applicable to delivery addresses located in the United States of America and New Zealand (including Rural and PO Box addresses).

Shipping charges to Australia vary depending on locations.  If the delivery address is located in the Outer Areas defined by FedEx but 'FedEx Economy' shipping option is chosen, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order and issue a full refund. We do not ship to PO Boxes in Australia.

Shipping charges to Hong Kong are calculated by the local distributor and confirmed by order email.
